During my time working at Oasis I worked very closely with David and considered him a friend. Even now I find myself reciting some of his phrases - my favourite “be like a tree and bend with the wind.” David and I would always lunch together at least once a week and he introduced me to many new dishes including curry goat which whenever I eat it I think of him!
