I never met David in person as I only started working in this area in September, but I was always impressed by him whenever we met on Zoom meetings. He clearly had a lot of commitment and talent for working with children and young people and I was looking forward to working with him and building links between our playgrounds. It is too sad that he has been taken, and I want to send my sincere condolences to his family, friends and colleagues – and to all the children and families at Oasis, where he will be terribly missed.
